VanHoaNBLV tham dự, phỏng vấn và ghi nhận một số sinh hoạt của cuộc biểu tình tại Tượng Đài Chiến Sĩ Việt Mỹ thuộc thành phố Westminster, Nam California, Hoa Kỳ vào chiều ngày 14 tháng 9 năm 2011.
Quốc Tế Việt Ca (Cổ nhạc), lời Ngô Đình Vận, chuyển thể vọng cổ Ngọc Thanh, do Nghệ sĩ Việt Hùng trình bày với đàn sến Bảo Châu, lục huyền cầm Ngọc Thanh.
"The Vietnamese Internationale sung in Traditional Style," original lyrics by Ngô Đình Vận, put into Vọng Cổ music by Ngọc Thanh, was first presented in 1996 by the famous artist Việt Hùng on KHKT Radio in Southern California.
In 1997, he sang this song in lieu of a statement when he was inducted into the Artists Maintaining Traditional Vietnamese Music Hall of Fame founded by Kent University Music Department in Kent, Ohio.
The induction ceremony was organized in Los Angeles in the presence of Dr. Nguyễn Thuyết Phong of Kent University.
"The Vietnamese Internationale sung in Traditional Style" has been recorded in a CD, Quốc Tế Việt Ca ("The Vietnamese Internationale"), published in 1999.

Children of Vietnam, children of the Hundred Viets born of a love originating on Tungting Lake, you who have scattered over the five continents, from Asia to Europe, from Australia to America and reaching even into tropical Africa and the Arctic, let us all turn to our homeland Vietnam, a country now mired in misery despite our nation's past glory.
Our people love freedom as they would their life, and even though we are scattered all over the world, we still remember our brothers and sisters left behind in that suffering land, compatriots who are still bravely defending our ancestral lands, in misery and in bitterness.
Thousands upon thousands of wonderful souls are now buried in jungle areas, in abandoned fields, or at sea amidst tall waves of the ocean in their attempt to overcome all obstacles in search of freedom and happiness.
Our people have in the past persevered so as to keep the shining torch of Freedom glowing forever; O beloved children born of the two races descended from an immortal fairy and a dragon, how many heroes and heroines have sacrificed themselves on behalf of the great cause, on behalf of our beloved compatriots, how many are gone disregarding all dangers and accepting thousands of shameful situations in order to find the road of idealism just as seventy-three millions of our compatriots inside Vietnam are still quietly fighting on behalf of the cause of Freedom.
Children of the two races descending from Lạc Long Quân and Âu Cơ, let us hold hands and with determination stand up and reclaim our Freedom and Equality, for everyone just as the way many nations on earth are able to reclaim their Freedom and Democracy so as to go shoulder to shoulder in brotherly love and bring human love into the new era, an era of Equality and Freedom.
Children of the Hundred Viets, descendants from Lạc Long Quân and Âu Cơ, let us combine forces to demand Equality, Democracy, and Peace for everyone on earth.
Determined as we are to rebuild the future for mankind, so that human love will shine bright for future generations.

QUỐC TẾ VIỆT CA CỔ NHẠC
Hỡi những người Việt Nam, những người con của tình thương yêu khơi nguồn từ Động Đình Hồ thuộc dòng Bách Việt, đã được gieo ra khắp cả Năm Châu, Từ Á sang Âu, từ Úc Châu qua Mỹ đến vùng nhiệt đới Phi Châu, lên miền cực Bắc hãy cùng nhau hướng về đất Việt, non nước lầm than của một dân tộc kiêu hùng.
Dân tộc chúng ta yêu tự do như chính sinh mạng của mình dù ở muôn phương vẫn nhớ về anh em nơi đất nước thương đau đang cố giữ chặt lấy phần đất Tổ Tiên trong cay đắng lầm than.
Biết bao nhiêu ngàn sinh linh đã phải vùi chôn thân xác trên các miền rừng rậm, trên các cánh đồng hoang vu, trên biển cả giữa làn sóng dữ của đại dương để vượt muôn trùng đi tìm tự do, hạnh phúc.
Dân tộc chúng ta đã từng bền gan chiến đấu cho ngọn đuốc Tự Do được sáng mãi không ngừng; Hỡi những người con yêu của dòng giống tiên rồng, biết bao nhiêu anh hùng, liệt nữ đã hy sinh vì đại nghĩa, vì đồng bào ruột thịt yêu thương, biết bao nhiêu người đã ra đi không ngại hiểm nguy, hứng chịu muôn vàn ô nhục để tìm đường lý tưởng cũng như các anh chị em bảy mươi ba triệu dân quốc nội đang âm thầm chiến đấu cho chính nghĩa Tự Do.
Những con dân của giống dòng Lạc Hồng Âu Cơ nắm tay một lòng cương quyết đứng lên đòi lại Tự Do, Bình Đẳng cho mọi người như bao dân tộc trên khắp địa cầu, đòi được quyền Tự Do, Dân Chủ, cùng sánh vai trong tình huynh đệ thương yêu để tình người bước vào kỷ nguyên mới, một kỷ nguyên Bình Đẳng, Tự Do.
Hỡi những đứa con Bách Việt, Lạc Long Quân, Âu Cơ hãy hợp sức đòi Bình Đẳng, Dân Chủ, Hòa Bình cho tất cả mọi người trên mặt đất.
